Meet Carlos, the oldest of the three brothers. Carlos has a master degree in industrial engineering and management, and currently works as a consultant for Kaizen Institute. He is the financial manager.

Francisco, the 'middle child', has a degree in cinema. He is a detail-oriented freelancer with proven experience in Image and Production sector. Francisco has worked in almost all areas of audiovisual, such as videoclips, institutional videos, short films, documentaries, reports... He is the marketing manager.

Carlos is what you can call a selfmade man, and is an entrepreneur for twenty years now. He has a degree in cultural and politic international relations and a post-graduation in cultural management. Carlos is a traveller, a world music expert and has a deep passion for the Douro Valley. He wanted to found a company with his three sons, in order to keep the legacy of the entrepreneurship alive in the family. He is the operations manager.

Last but not least is Eduardo, the youngest of the three. He has a law degree and a writing enthusiast, having some online publishments of opinion texts in different matters. He is the communication and social media manager.
